Takeaway: Everything you have in your life (or don’t have) comes down to the daily habits you do, or don’t do. The key to success then, is to build the consistent, day-to-day habits that will get you to where you want to go, automatically. 

Inspired Action: Start small with one thing you can commit to doing every single day for the next week. Ideally, have it be exercise-related, so you get the added benefits. Maybe 10 pushups a day or 10 crunches, etc. It can be anything you can commit to and make sure it’s small and doable. Then, do it every single day, no exceptions. Soon, that consistency will build on itself and make its way into other areas of your life.
