As you can imagine, I get lots of emails. I would like to respond to everyone, it’s just physically impossible. I have an AWESOME customer support team, they will read your message. There is a good chance they will forward it to me.
We read every message that comes in and strive to respond to our emails within 48 hours.
Depending on the ticket volume it can be as quick as a few hours. If you feel we may have missed your message, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Updating a credit card or other billing information?

If our operators are offline, you may simply leave a message by clicking Offline message at the bottom of the screen or call us at (800) 992-0398. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message including your name, email address, and a good number for us to call you back.
